Grandpa Van and Grandma Barb visited us from Minneapolis for about 10 days. We all had a great time together, and Jules really loved spending time with his grandparents. Grandma and Grandpa were amazed by my little boy's sociability and adaptability - about two hours after they landed, they looked after him for the day while I went to work. He loved it.
Highlights of the visit were:
Visit up north to see Steve's family
Walks to the local playground
Walk up North Head in Devonport (10 min drive from our house)
Visit to Kelly Tarltons aquarium - fish and penguins
Trip on the ferry to Waiheke Island
