Tummy Time

Jules has suddenly made great strides with 'tummy time'! He can now hold his head up for a couple of minutes while on the floor with no pillow. I am so proud of him. He loves the crackle paper that Aunt Ginny gave him. I am not sure if it's the sound or the colorful dots. In any case, it really motivates him to look up and track! Here he is.

He also seems to be trying to start moving and crawling. I guess this is how it starts; he'll try and try and one day will get it. At the moment, however, he just gets frustrated. Then I pick him up and comfort him and it's all OK. How nice to be able to console him like this.
