Jules has started smiling quite a lot - it is so exciting and rewarding when he smiles at me. He is actually responding to my voice, and smiling. Here is a picture of his lovely, delighted smile. His whole face lights up, and his eyes
crinkle. His breathing changes, and sometimes he even seems to laugh!
The other new thing Jules is doing today is actually seeming to play with his play gym. I put him under it for the first time in a couple of weeks, and he is staring intently at the little toys, and even batting at them, then smiling at me. He seems to be starting to realise that his movements can make things happen.
